Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the tour date for a 100% refund.
If you cancel between 24 to 48 hours before the tour, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds are provided once a tour is conducted.
