Cancellation Rights
- You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the tour date for a full refund (100%).
- If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the tour, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds are provided after the tour has been completed.

Refund Process
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the booking, and no additional fees will be charged for this service.
